The plant
One building, one schedule.
Material arrives at one loading dock and leaves from the same one. Between those two points the job never leaves our control — a bank of brand-new Heidelberg four-colour presses in three sheet sizes, CTP plates output on site, and a full post-press floor for cutting, folding, gluing and hand assembly.

Quality control
Four gates, every batch.
01 — Incoming material
Board weight, calliper, shade and moisture checked against the approved specification before the pallet is released to production.
02 — In-process print
First-off sheet approved against the golden sample, then pulls every 500 sheets. Density and ΔE logged.
03 — Converting
Die-cut dimensions, crease depth, glue bond and foil adhesion tested against the drawing, not by eye.
04 — Pre-shipment
AQL 2.5 sampling per batch, plus a photo report and carton count before the container is sealed.
Archive
The golden sample, ink formulation and die are kept for three years so repeat orders match.
Third-party
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek or your own QC team welcome at any stage — including before balance payment.
Compliance
Documents we can put in your file.
Certificates are supplied as current PDF copies with quotations. We do not display certification marks until the scope and expiry date have been verified for the specific process.
