Flexo print keeps costs down on volume shippers; litho lamination gives photo-quality graphics on e-commerce mailers that customers actually see. Both are converted in the same building, so the outer and the inner fit together.

Roll-end tuck front mailer
The e-commerce standard. Prints well, opens cleanly, folds flat for storage.
Regular slotted carton (RSC)
Cheapest protection per cubic metre for transit and palletised export.

Tray & lid
Two-piece construction for heavier or fragile items that need a double wall.

Which flute should I use for my product?
E flute for retail mailers and inner boxes, B for general shipping up to about 10 kg, C for heavier or stacked loads, and BC double wall for fragile or palletised export. Send the product weight and dimensions and we will specify with a safety margin.
Can you supply ISTA-tested packaging?
We design to ISTA 1A and 3A profiles and can arrange third-party testing through SGS or Intertek. Test reports stay with your file, so a repeat order ships against the same specification.
Do you print small batches of branded mailers?
Yes — from 500 units with flexo, or 1,000 with litho lamination. For launches under 500, digital print on folding carton board is usually a better value route and we will quote both.
