Packaging formats we manufacture.
Five formats, one production floor. Most of our clients start with a single carton and scale into a full range — the same team, the same colour target and the same QC standard across every piece.
Not sure which construction fits your product? Send a photo of the item and its weight, and we will recommend two or three options with costs.
01 — Folding cartons
The box most retail products live in.
Also called color boxes or printed cartons. Cut from a single sheet of paperboard, printed flat, then folded and glued — which keeps tooling cheap, freight light and lead times short.
| Board | 250–400 gsm SBS, FBB, CCNB or uncoated kraft |
|---|---|
| Styles | Straight tuck, reverse tuck, crash-lock, sleeve, tuck-top with window |
| Offset, up to 6 colours + coater; digital for short runs | |
| Starting MOQ | 1,000 pieces |
02 — Corrugated
Protection that survives the last mile.
Mailer boxes, shipping cartons, inner fitments and retail-ready displays. We specify flute grade against your product weight and courier route, not against a template.
| Flute | E, B, C, BC double wall; 32–44 ECT on request |
|---|---|
| Styles | Roll-end tuck front, mailer, RSC, tray, pallet display, PDQ |
| Flexo 1–3 colours or litho-laminated offset for photo quality | |
| Starting MOQ | 500 pieces |
03 — Rigid boxes
Lid and base, wrapped by hand.
Greyboard core, paper-wrapped and hand-assembled. Rigid boxes hold their shape, open with a soft magnetic click and make a gift feel like a gift — the format behind most premium beauty and spirits packaging.
| Core | 1.5–3 mm greyboard, wrapped in 128–200 gsm art or specialty paper |
|---|---|
| Closure | Lid and base, magnetic flap, shoulder-neck, ribbon tie |
| Inserts | Die-cut paperboard, EVA, moulded pulp, satin or flocked trays |
| Starting MOQ | 500 pieces |
04 — Drawer boxes
A reveal, not just an opening.
A tray that slides out of a sleeve, usually with a ribbon pull or thumb notch. The extra movement makes it the default choice for fragrance sets, sample kits and limited editions.
| Construction | Rigid tray + rigid sleeve, or folding tray + rigid sleeve |
|---|---|
| Pulls | Grosgrain ribbon, satin tab, die-cut thumb notch, finger hole |
| Inserts | Paperboard platform, EVA foam, thermoformed PET, ribbon bed |
| Starting MOQ | 500 pieces |
05 — Paper bags
The packaging your customer carries home.
Kraft and art-paper carrier bags for retail, events and e-commerce. Handle type, paper weight and reinforcement are chosen for the load, so the bag does not fail in the street.
| Paper | 100–210 gsm kraft, art paper or black card, laminated or uncoated |
|---|---|
| Handles | Twisted paper, flat paper, die-cut, cotton or PP rope |
| Finishing | Hot foil, spot UV, matte lamination, embossing, reinforced top card |
| Starting MOQ | 1,000 pieces |
